As a doctor-turned-model she was crowned Ms. Woman California United States in 2021 and 2022 as well as Mrs. Vietnam USA in 2023. She is a health, fashion and fitness influencer, and Founder of NearSight, a vision wellness company. Elise won the following awards at the Miss United States pageant where she came in as First Runner-Up:
